|Do you ship to my country?|
|We currently only ship to the mainland US and Canada. Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country.|
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.|
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.|
|What is the return policy?|
|If you need to return your product, please call +1-224-993-2164 or email email@example.com to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number. You may ship the product back to us at 1250 Henri Dr., Wauconda, Ill. 60084, USA, Attn: Returns Dept. with the RMA number on the box. Please make sure you adequately pack the item so it arrives to us in a salable condition. A credit will be issued after inspection and approval. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, a 25 percent restocking fee will be deducted from any credit issued.
In addition, we have a 14-day return policy for replacement or exchange. If you do not contact us within 14 days of of your purchase, the sale is final - no returns or replacements.
