International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
	We currently ship only to the mainland US and Canada. For our Canadian customers, please call +1-800-782-8831 or email logistics@henristudio.com with what you want to purchase and we will formulate a quote for you, complete with shipping charges.
What are my payment choices?
	You may choose any of our current payment options offered to you. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. You will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
	If you need to return your product, please call +1-800-782-8831 or email logistics@henristudio.com to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number. You may ship the product back to us at 1250 Henri Dr., Wauconda, Ill. 60084, USA, Attn: Returns Dept. with the RMA number on the box. Please make sure you adequately pack the item so it arrives to us in a salable condition. A credit will be issued after inspection and approval. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, a 25 percent restocking fee will be deducted from any credit issued. In addition, we have a 14-day return policy for replacement or exchange. If you do not contact us within 14 days of when you take delivery, the sale becomes final - no returns or replacements.
